The Pitt men's basketball team will play a 16-game Big East Conference schedule next season that includes all conference opponents except South Florida and Villanova, the Big East Conference announced today.
The Panthers' regular season will include the normal eight home and eight road conference games.
Home opponents at the Petersen Events Center are Cincinnati, DePaul, Marquette, Notre Dame, Providence, Seton Hall, Syracuse and West Virginia.
Road opponents are Connecticut, Georgetown, Louisville, Marquette, Providence, Rutgers, St. John's and West Virginia.
Game dates and starting times will be released when the 2005-06 schedule is finialized in early September.
