PHILADELPHIA -- Three tickets sold in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Nebraska matched all six numbers to win Wednesday's $30.9 million Powerball jackpot.
The jackpot, which has a cash value of $16.9 million, will be split equally among the winning tickets. Winners have 60 days from the date they claim the prize to decide between a $10.3 million annuity paid over 29 years or a one-time payment of $5.6 million.
Pennsylvania Lottery officials said the winning Pennsylvania ticket was sold by the Beer Express in Philadelphia. The Beer Express, owned and managed by Robert Parmar, will receive a $100,000 bonus for selling Wednesday's winning jackpot ticket.
Lottery officials said they encourage the winner to sign the back of the ticket, contact a financial adviser and then contact the lottery's headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County.
Another ticket sold in Pennsylvania was one of seven that matched the first five numbers, but missed the Powerball; those tickets win $100,000 each.
This is the fourth winning Powerball jackpot ticket sold in Pennsylvania in the past seven months. Pennsylvania also sold the lone winning jackpot ticket for the Dec. 8 drawing, which was worth $171.4 million.
The winning ticket for that jackpot was sold by Country Food Mart in New Castle, Lawrence County, which will receive a $100,000 selling bonus from the Pennsylvania Lottery. Officials said no one has come forward yet to claim the prize.
