Landau Building Co. has a contract for expansion work at the Village Square Giant Eagle, Bethel Park.

J. Francis Co. LLC was awarded a contract with Rockler, a Minnesota-based company specializing in woodworking and hardware supplies. Rockler is opening a 5,700-saquare-foot store on Mc-Knight Road.

Sewickley Graphics & Design Inc.'s new accounts include Bikowski Skin Care Center, Sewickley, to design and produce an advertising and direct mail campaign; and Galerie Werner, Sewickley, to design and produce a capabilities brochure, Web site, and direct-mail and ad campaign.

Carl Walker Construction has a $2.4 million contract with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh as general contractor on Garage No. 4 at LTV South Side Works. It's the fourth of five parking garages to be constructed in the commercial and housing development.
