What a week to observe the TV business in Pittsburgh and nationally. There's the Bruce Pompeani mess, the successful tsunami telethon staged by local stations in a rare display of cooperation, the return of former WPXI forecaster Dennis Bowman, this time as a fill-in on KDKA-TV.
