Ambridge -- Good Samaritan Catholic Parish, Eighth and Melrose avenues, will hold the following events.

Scott -- Covenant Community Presbyterian Church, 1630 Greentree Road, will hold a Shrove Tuesday pancake supper from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. A nonperishable food item or cash donation to the benefit local food bank is requested. Information: 412-343-4411.

South Fayette -- The South Fayette Foundation for Excellence will hold its annual Evening with The Mansfield 5 and The Four Townsmen at 7 p.m. March 3 at the SNPJ Club, 540 Third Ave. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. Tickets are $20. Information: 724-693-9441.

Oakwood -- The baseball team at Bishop Canevin High School, 2700 Morange Road, will hold a spaghetti dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the school cafeteria. The cost is $8. McKees Rocks -- The Father Ryan Arts Center, 420 Chartiers Ave., will sponsor "A Celebration of African-American Arts: Family, Friends and Community," including performances, presentations, entertainment and activities, from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.
