Allegheny County will host a rally noon Tuesday in the courthouse courtyard to cheer on the Penguins as they prepare for their second-round matchup in the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Emceed by WDVE's Val Porter, the rally will include contests for best Penguins costume or best-dressed fan, best Penguins cheer and best Penguins banner/sign, as well as Penguins trivia and a very special Penguins dance-off.

Winners could receive free rounds of golf, day passes to a county pool and Penguins memorabilia. The winner of the dance contest gets something even better: a starring role in a Penguins "Harlem Shake" video, to be filmed on the spot in the courtyard.

Penguins mascot Iceburgh will be there, as will free face painters and The Kardasz Brothers, who will perform their song "The Mighty Guins."

The courthouse is located Downtown at 436 Grant Street.
