TAMPA -- Defenseman Kris Letang, who missed the past six games because of a toe injury, will be in the Penguins' lineup when they face Tampa Bay tonight at 7:38 at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
Letang had returned from a previous injury after only participating in a game-day skate, and said he and the team wanted to be more cautious this time.
"We don't want to take any chances," he said. "We want to make sure I'm 100 percent."
Letang has three goals and 25 assists in 28 games this season.
Coach Dan Bylsma confirmed that Letang will play tonight, and that Tomas Vokoun will get the start in goal.
