The Pittsburgh Penguins will hold a scrimmage Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Consol Energy Center.
It will be free and open to the public.
Training camp workouts at noon Monday, 11 a.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m. Friday at Consol Energy Center also will be free and open to the public.
Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of each practice.
The Penguins have a scheduled day off Thursday.
The team set its training camp roster at 26, which includes six players who spent the lockout with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League.
They are forwards Eric Tangradi, Beau Bennett and Jason Megna, and defensemen Simon Despres, Robert Bortuzzo and Brian Strait. There are 26 players in all, none called up from a junior team.
Training camp is abbreviated and has fewer players than normal because of the lockout that began in mid-September and officially ended Saturday night.
The Penguins open the season Saturday afternoon at Philadelphia.
