These are the heartiest of the hearty souls who dove into the frigid Monongahela River on Saturday. Most who took part in the 5th annual Drowned Hogs Plunge headed for dry land after only a few moments in the water. In their defense, it was a bit cold to be frolicking in just a bathing suit. These folks, however, displayed an extra bit of Pittsburgh toughness and hung out long enough to get into the picture. The event raises funds for Circle C Youth and Family Services.
