Call it abortion, not "a right to choose"

Did a new stylebook come out? Why are publications calling the right to abortion “women’s right to choose”? Who mandated this ridiculous euphemism? If you truly believe women have the right to abort their unborn children, please have the courage of your convictions and call it what it is. If you think right-to-lifers will be offended, you are correct.

Natural law and our own Declaration of Independence call for the “right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” and I am offended by the politically correct attempt to whitewash abortion. But if those who are in favor of abortion are afraid to even say the word for fear of argument, their position is pretty weak.

Just say what you mean — “abortion” — and let the chips fall where they may.
