Not dead broke

I am surprised there have been no donations for Hillary Clinton, who said that when she and her husband left the White House they were “dead broke.”

They had two houses. The people I know are barely holding on to one.

Their daughter needed an education. So did my kids, but they worked at school, worked in the summer and took out loans. If Mrs. Clinton were dead broke, she would have needed to look in the washer, dryer, couch, old purses, in the car — anywhere — for spare change!

Come on, none of them in Washington has any idea who we are in the real world. Not Mrs. Clinton.
