A Crosby encounter

While waiting at the Pittsburgh airport on May 26, Sidney Crosby passed by me and stood alone near a window. I approached him and asked for his autograph for a devoted fan, a friend of mine.

He signed, added a note, was soft spoken and very polite. So as not to have him deluged, I did not tell anyone that he was there.

He is a fine representative of the city of Pittsburgh.
