Tom Corbett can't win in the fall election, but I can

Tom Corbett four years ago promised you that he would not raise taxes. KDKA’s Jon Delano illustrated pretty well last Thursday that he not merely bent that promise but shattered it. And now our governor is doubling down by denying he ever made it.

Mr. Corbett has no chance to get elected this November. The Republican rank and file don’t like him. Democrats don’t like him. About the only people who like him are those in the Republican establishment, which is not I.

I’m running to take his place as governor. The primary election is May 20. Please vote for me.

I will stop the Common Core education standards.

I will move to sell the liquor stores.

I will not implement the Corbett gas tax

I will fight to ban school strikes and other things that cause unnecessary increases to your property tax.

I will not sign any union contract that contains automatic forced union dues deductions.

I will not sign any budget that spends more this year than last.

Tom Corbett cannot win in November. I can.

Ardmore, Pa.
