No-guarantee cab

My sister visited Pittsburgh via Amtrak and needed early morning transportation to the train station for the return trip.

However, when my sister called Yellow Cab to book a 4 a.m. pickup, the phone agent said they could not guarantee pickup.

Luckily the host of her motel referred her to Reliant Transportation, which showed up 15 minutes early and safely delivered her to Amtrak on time.

Yellow Cab needs to learn the concept of customer service. Yellow Cab gets a huge black mark in my book — to cross them off my list. Reliant gets a gold star.
