A library marvel

I couldn’t agree more with Ruth Ann Dailey’s celebration of Carnegie Library system’s online network (“Library Tax Helps Make a Lendable Feast,” March 24). The ability to search the entire county library system, select books, be notified online when they have arrived and then have them delivered free of charge to my local library is a remarkable service that puts the entire library collection at my doorstep — or at least a few blocks away at my local library.

Kudos to the Carnegie Library system for providing this amazing service.
