So JPMorgan Chase allegedly ignored red flags that Bernie Madoff was running a Ponzi scheme through its bank but did not report it as required by the Bank Secrecy Act. Meanwhile, the bank was turning a nice profit while its customers were being fleeced (“Bank, Feds Settle Madoff Case,” Jan. 8). I have one question. Why isn’t JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon sitting in prison with Bernie Madoff?

Citizens United ruled that corporations are people. I’ll believe that when I see one convicted.
