I think perhaps Highmark might want to spend a little less on advertising and hire a few more employees. When I called to ask a question about coverage, I was told by a recording there would be a 17- to 25-minute wait. Then Highmark transfers you to another recording that tells you of a high volume of calls, tells of Highmark’s hours of operation then hangs up on you, not even giving you a chance to wait.

It is amazing today how companies such as this gouge people for their services, then go out of their way not to provide any service.
