Shale questions

In response to Dave Spigelmyer’s Dec. 29 letter “The Act 13 Decision Unravels Protections,” I would like to know the following: If the Marcellus Shale Coalition of which he is president is so concerned about Pennsylvanian’s well-being, why not start by agreeing to stop drilling in residential zoning districts and allowing for greater setbacks from residential dwellings?

And why not stop fighting doctors to prevent them from releasing important information to their patients?

To say that the Marcellus Shale Coalition was in favor of Act 13 because it protected the environment is a joke.
