Speed on Rt. 28

This past Sunday at 5 a.m. I was taking my daughter to the airport for an early morning flight. As I was driving past the Shaler Water Works I saw a car coming up behind me and passing me at excessive speed. After almost causing an accident, he was gone. On the way home about 6 a.m., near the Millvale exit, a BMW flew past me and began tailgating a pickup truck. I drive this section of Route 28 from the former Heinz plant to Etna quite frequently. Every time, I see cars extremely exceeding the posted speed limit, and I have never seen any police slowing these cars down.

Sooner or later we will see a deadly accident on this “improved” section of Route 28 due to these speeders. Where are the police?
