Still a nightmare

I live in Stanton Heights, and my travels through the city always take me through East Liberty. I am old enough that I remember East Liberty before the dreaded circle was implemented. It was considered the death of the business district.

New traffic patterns have been placed into the circle within the past few years to eliminate that problem. The other day I had to go to the bank, which is on the circle. Whoever thought or thinks that the new traffic patterns are a good thing is crazy. It is obvious that the person or persons who hatched the plan do not drive through East Liberty on a regular basis. To me, it is worse than it was before. To put it bluntly, it is completely screwed up.

Heaven help those who travel through the heart of East Liberty. It remains a traffic nightmare. Traffic nightmare means shopper’s nightmare.
