Will someone please explain the incongruity of U.S. Rep. Tim Murphy's position regarding the Affordable Care Act? As a psychologist and politician, he has correctly noted that millions of American adults suffering from mental illness are not receiving treatment, and some of them commit violent crimes.
But he has consistently voted against implementing the Affordable Care Act (now a law), which provides extended mental health benefits, the first step toward treatment and recovery. When is he going to start "walking the walk" instead of "talking the talk"?
