Laws being ignored

I am under the impression that we are a land by the people. More often I realize that we no longer have a democracy but a nation governed by who yells and stomps their feet the most. Because of the gay marriage issue, we have politicians elected to uphold the law who are breaking the law and ignoring their oaths of office. And state Attorney General Kathleen Kane does nothing; it's hands off because it would be political suicide.

The people of this region spoke loud and clear of how they feel about gay marriage when we supported Chick-fil-A and stood in line for hours and wrapped around the building several times. The people have spoken.
