Voter ID uproar

I can't comprehend why and who is wasting our court system's time with the voter ID issue.

I do not know of any U.S. citizen who does not have a photo ID. If you want to fly on a commercial aircraft, travel to another country, cash a check or go to a doctor or a hospital, you must have a photo ID.

I am a 71-year-old voter who has voted in every election, including by absentee ballot while serving in the military, and believe in showing ID to prevent possible fraud. Anyone can get photo ID, even if he or she doesn't drive.

I say to these individuals, move on with your lives or, in other words, grow up.
