Bucs' wreckage

There are not enough words in Webster's to describe the Pirates season of 2012. But I will give it a try. At one point during the year it seemed like this team was capable of reaching heights that hadn't been seen here for 20 years or beyond.

Then, voila! Reality reared its ugly head. It became all too obvious all too quickly that this team was playing over its head and could not seal the deal. All the goals that were right there before us vanished into the wind one by one,

We gave this team our hearts and supported them in near record style -- only to once again be disgruntled, disgusted, frustrated and, yes, even finally cheated. Well, this fan for one will not be fooled again. Surely some heads from top to bottom should have to answer for this terrible train wreck.
