Regarding the editorial “Special Needs: First Responders Do a Better Job With More Info” (March 1): This new county registry for individuals with special physical, mental or intellectual needs is welcome news, except there is a very important part missing. Many people, with or without disabilities, do not use the computer. The editorial should have included a phone number or snail mail address for these people to get their information through.
