Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Ji-Ye "Jerry" Sun, manager of the Ya Fei Chinese Cuisine at Robinson Town Centre, was one of five persons killed by a gunman last Friday.

Mr. Sun, 34, of Churchill, is survived by his widow, May-Ling Kung; a stepdaughter, Chi-Lan "Molly" Wee of Canyon Country, Calif.; a stepson, Chi-Craig "Chuck" Wee of Churchill; his parents, Jun Sun and Yun Hua Jiang of China; and a sister, Lili Sun of China.

There will be private visitation for family and friends. For more information, call 412-823-1950. Arrangements are being handled by the Jobe Funeral Home, Shaw and Triboro avenues, Turtle Creek.

Chapel services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home. A traditional Buddhist ceremony will be delayed because his parents are traveling here from China.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jerry Fund, PO Box 1495, Pittsburgh 15230-1436.

A candlelight vigil for Sun and another victim, Thao "Tony" Pham, 27, of Castle Shannon, will be held at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the restaurant. Mr. Pham was a deliveryman there.
