The alleged shooter and getaway driver have been jailed on charges stemming from the fatal shooting in the parking lot of a bar in Johnstown.

Joshua Cambric, 33, of Johnstown, is charged with criminal homicide in the death of 33-year-old Tony Phillips of Lower Yoder on Sunday night outside Edder’s Den.

Jeremy Travis Woodward, 34, of Johnstown, has been charged with hindering police from apprehending Mr. Cambric. Police say Woodward drove Mr. Cambric from the scene, was drunk and driving with a suspended license in a vehicle that police said also contained heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Police say Mr. Cambric fired two shots into Mr. Phillips’ vehicle. He later died at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.

None of those involved were bar patrons. Neither suspect has an attorney listed in court records.
