Stacy Innerst is the artist. You are the caption writer.
CapCon 232 brought in 224 entries from places ranging from Weirton to West Mifflin to Windber, so imagine how proud the borough of Bellevue must be feeling today that its residents took the top two spots in capturing the tangled-up snake-charming illustration (click on second image to view). CapCon 233 invites you to sit down at the computer (or with pen and paper) and work at it over and over again until you come up with new captions you're proud of sharing with the world.
Send up to three entries to email@example.com or mail to: Caption Contest/Portfolio, Post-Gazette, 34 Blvd. of the Allies, Pittsburgh PA 15222. Please include name and address and identify your municipality or Pittsburgh city neighborhood. Deadline: April 7. Winners receive a PG umbrella, which could come in handy if the rumored arrival of spring in Pittsburgh turns out to be not just another urban myth.
