CapCon 214's hairy bull's-eye (click on second image above to see cartoon) was unusual in drawing three winners whose clever captions carried no quote. A lot of the 180 candidates went in the Target department store direction, and a returning champion from Jeannette put it best among them in the eyes of judges. CapCon 215 should draw just as much interest, whether you're a bus rider or not.

Please include name and address and identify your municipality or Pittsburgh city neighborhood. Deadline: July 29.
