Stacy Innerst is the artist. You are the caption writer.
CapCon 212 (click on second image above to see cartoon) included a number of pointed references to what Mr. Spock from "Star Trek" was doing in his new role in human resources, and quite logically we're happy to report that two of the three contest winners were first-time prize recipients. The rebels among caption writers should have an edge on the competition now in aptly appraising the arts scene in CapCon 213.
Send up to three entries to email@example.com or mail to: Caption Contest/Portfolio, Post-Gazette, 34 Blvd. of the Allies, Pittsburgh PA 15222. Please include name and address and identify your municipality or Pittsburgh city neighborhood. Deadline: July 1. Winners receive a PG umbrella, even if the state Legislature fails to approve a new budget by then.
