Stacy Innerst is the artist. You are the caption writer.

CapCon 196 (click on second image to see the cartoon) proved that nuns can be as wry and clever as anyone, as Sister Mary Parks claimed both the biweekly crown and an extra umbrella for the Annunciation Convent on the North Side. You don't have to pray hard to win though -- you just have to provide a caption that the judges deem better than the other 100-plus entries received for each contest, including the unusual domestic scene depicted here for CapCon 197.

Send up to three entries to or mail to: Caption Contest/Portfolio, Post-Gazette, 34 Blvd. of the Allies, Pittsburgh PA 15222. Please include name and address and identify your municipality or city neighborhood. Deadline: Nov. 19. Winners receive a PG umbrella, guaranteed to last pretty much as long as Mark Critz remains in Congress.
