A University of Pittsburgh trustees panel is recommending two fee increases on the main Oakland campus and two on Pitt’s Titusville branch, all of which would take effect this fall if the full board approves them.

The board’s Student Activities Committee, meeting this afternoon, recommended a $20 increase in the per-semester Student Wellness fee to $105, and a $10 increase per semester in the Graduate and Professional Student Activities Fee to $30.

The panel also recommended that the Titusville Student Activities Fee be increased by $15 to $90 a semester, and the Student Recreation Fee there increase by $20 to $100 a semester.

According to Pitt, the proposed increases will be presented to Pitt’s full board as its June meeting for final approval.
