A.W. Beattie Career Center's $8.8 million 2014-15 budget was adopted by the McCandless school’s joint operating committee tonight during its regular meeting.

According to Thomas Schwartzmier, joint committee president, the budget will now be voted on by the nine member districts, and formal adoption of the school’s budget will take place during the board’s next meeting in May.
