A New Castle man has been charged after investigators uncovered a camera memory card that contained a deleted video of him sexually abusing an underage girl between 8 and 13 years old, the state attorney general’s office said Friday.
William McFall, 56, faces charges of involuntary sexual deviate intercourse, unlawful contact, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child, indecent exposure, corruption of minors and indecent assault, according to court documents.
He “served a one-year sentence in Ohio for the possession of child pornography and was extradited from federal prison in Ohio to Pennsylvania this week,” the attorney general’s office said. He was taken into custody Wednesday and is being held in the Lawrence County Prison on $50,000 bail.
The attorney general’s office says if convicted on all counts, McFall faces a maximum imprisonment of more than 100 years.
