North Fayette and Robinson officials are reviewing plans for two new hotels that are proposed for a tract a mile from The Mall at Robinson.
Cleveland-based Robinson Peripheral Developers proposes a 104-room, 57,600-square-foot Fairfield Inn & Suites in Robinson and a 94-room, 60,458-square-foot TownePlace Suites that spans both townships, North Fayette development director Laura Ludwig said tonight.
Robinson planners are scheduled to review the plans Wednesday night.
The North Fayette planning commission is expected to make a recommendation on the plans next month, after the developer submits revised proposals related to water, sewer and storm water facilities.
The Marriott brand hotels would be built on 6 acres at the end of Sutherland Drive, near Robinson's IHOP restaurant.businessnews - neigh_west
