Findlay -- A variety of vehicles will be on display at Truck Touch 2013 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Clinton Park, 86 Clinton Park Drive. A suggested $10 cash donation per family will be accepted to benefit the children's department of the Western Allegheny Community Library. Information: 724-695-8150.

McDonald -- The Heritage Public Library, 52 Fourth St., will hold its annual fall auction from Oct. 12 to Nov. 16, with drawings and a bake sale on the final day. Tickets: $1 for two, $5 for 12. Information: 724-926-8400.

North Fayette -- Western Allegheny Community Library, 8042 Steubenville Pike, will hold a Books & Brew Oktoberfest Celebration from 3 to 7 p.m. Oct. 6. The event will include music by the Augsburg German Band, beer tastings, selections of traditional German food, a complimentary beer-tasting glass and silent and ticket auctions. Cost: $50. Scott -- The Friends of the Scott Township Public Library will sponsor a used-book sale from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Scott Park Community Room above the Scott Park Pool, 301 Lindsay Road. Hardbacks and large-print books will sell for $2, large paperbacks for $1 and regular paperbacks for 50 cents on Friday and Saturday; books may be purchased for $3 per paper bag on Sunday. DVDs, CDs, audio books, cassette tapes and VHS tapes also will be available. Members may shop from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Information: 412-429-5380.
