A 43-year-old New Castle man accused of distributing child pornography and video-recording underage girls as they walked through a local Walmart was arrested last week by agents from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Child Predator Section.
Scott Nicolls is charged with seven counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of distribution of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Agents conducting an online investigation found numerous files containing underage girls posing in sexually suggestive positions or engaged in graphic sexual acts that were shared from Mr. Nicolls' computer, the Attorney General's Office said in a news release.
After Mr. Nicolls' Oct. 11 arrest, agents examining his computers found home video that he allegedly took of underage girls at the Walmart, using a camera hidden in a shopping cart. "The focus of the videos was on the girls' buttocks as they walked through the store, exited the store or stood in line with parents or friends," the news release says.
