• Kristen Grom, who graduated this year, has been named a Top 15 finalist in the nationwide Great American No Bull Challenge.
She will be recognized at the 2013 No Bull Teen Video Awards on Aug. 9 in Los Angeles, where the national contest winner will be named.
Kristen's video topped hundreds of other entries from teen filmmakers across the country, which were required to have a theme of digital responsibility or bullying prevention.
Support during a voting period in May helped her video place in the top 50 in the competition, then a panel of judges selected 15 finalists from the top 50.
The video competition is the first student-led nationwide video contest and Teen Video Awards show dedicated to bullying prevention.
Kristen will attend Bowling Green State University.
