A 31-year-old Clarion County man was indicted today for taking a 13-year-old girl to South Dakota with the intent of engaging in sex acts.
Joshua D. Baker, of Leeper, faces charges of transporting a minor across state lines for sex, and of interstate travel for illicit sex, U.S. Attorney David Hickton's office announced today.
Neither the indictment nor the press release detailed the accusation.
The maximum sentence is life in prison, according to Mr. Hickton's office, and the FBI conducted the investigation.
