Natrona Heights -- Center United Methodist Church, 1575 Donnellville Road, will hold "Zumbathon -- Together We Dance" from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday to raise awareness and money for research into ALS, or Lou Gehrig's disease. Areawide -- North Hills Community Outreach is seeking senior companions for its Faith in Action program. Volunteers must be 55 or older and able to serve 15 to 40 hours per week. Senior companions must meet certain income guidelines. They receive a stipend, meal allowance, free monthly training, camaraderie and the satisfaction of helping people in need.
