Cranberry -- St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Road, will hold a super bingo at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 10. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; early birds start at 7 p.m. Proceeds benefit Catholic high school education. Donation: $30 per person in advance, $35 at the door. Richland -- Bakerstown United Methodist Church, 5750 William Flynn Highway, will hold an Election Day spaghetti dinner, from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 6. The dinner consists of spaghetti, salad, bread and butter, drinks and dessert. Cost: $6 for adults, $5 for seniors and children ages 3-12. Proceeds benefit the church's youth mission trip and retreats.

Shaler -- Kiwanis Club of Glenshaw will hold a pancake breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Nov. 3 at Shaler Area Middle School, 1810 Mount Royal Blvd. A ticket auction and 50/50 raffle also are planned. Cost: $6 for adults, $3 for children. Proceeds benefit community programs. Tickets available from a member or at the door.

Slippery Rock -- Butler County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 107 will present John Michael Montgomery and NOMAD, or North of the Mason Dixon, for two shows at 1 and 6 p.m. Nov. 4 at Slippery Rock University's Morrow Field House. Admission: $22.50 in advance, $25 at the door. Tickets and information: 724-282-9119.

Sewickley -- Sewickley Academy, 315 Academy Ave., will host a pancake breakfast from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Saturday. Breakfast will include sausage, juice and coffee. Proceeds benefit local fire and police departments. Cost: $5. Information: 412-741-2230.


Harrison -- Center United Methodist Church, 1575 Donnellville Road, Natrona Heights, will host a Trunk or Treat event from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the church parking lot. Adults decorate their cars and bring bags of treats; children dress up and get treats. Free food, goodies and games. Information: 724-226-2300.

Hampton -- Parkwood United Presbyterian Church, 4289 Mount Royal Blvd., will hold a Trunk or Treat, where decorated car trunks will be on display and children can play games and get treats, from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday.
