Allegheny County police have arrested three people in connection with the weekend shootings at the Edgewood Towne Center -- but not on charges that they fired any shots.

Davon Nichols, 19, of Wilkinsburg, Anthony Winbush, 23, of Turtle Creek, and Graceson Spruill, 21, of the West End, all appear in surveillance footage taken from the scene of the Saturday shooting that left three bystanders injured, Allegheny County homicide Lt. Andrew Schurman wrote in a news release today.

Lt. Schurman said detectives identified Mr. Nichols in surveillance footage and found him Monday night in a house on South Avenue in Wilkinsburg, where they found Mr. Winbush, Mr. Spruill, heroin, cash and six handguns.

Mr. Nichols refused to help detectives and now faces a charge of hindering apprehension, the lieutenant said. All three men face drug charges in connection with the heroin.

Allegheny County police continue to search for Tyron Manns, 23, of North Braddock, who said they said is one of two people who started opening fire at the shopping center. Mr. Manns is wanted on charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.
