A man hired by a temp agency to work at PNC Park told Pittsburgh police early this morning one of his co-workers poured Gatorade on his head and pushed him to the ground.
When officers arrived at the North Shore ballpark about 12:35 a.m., Julius Ochieng was lying on the ground, his leg likely broken, Zone 1 Lt. Shirley Sloan said.
Mr. Ochieng, who works for Allegiance Staffing, told police he was standing by the men's restroom in Section 129 when another temporary agency employee wearing blue Dickies said he didn't like the way Mr. Ochieng was talking to him, poured Gatorade in his face and pushed him to the ground.
The suspect ran away.
Plainclothes detectives from Zone 1 are investigating.
