A 22-year-old Allentown man has been charged with raping a 16-year-old girl who has Asperger's syndrome, according to court documents.
Miraum M. Bey was charged today with two felony counts of rape, a felony count each of sexual assault and unlawful conduct with a minor, and a misdemeanor count of corruption of minors in the March 28 assault.
Police said the victim went to a party in Carrick with her 17-year-old sister, where the younger girl became highly intoxicated and went to lay down.
When the older sister could not find her, she searched the home and found her sister screaming and Mr. Bey "(without pants) laying on top of her sister's naked body," according to court documents. The older sister and other party-goers pulled the man from the victim, police said.
The victim told police she only remembered playing with the hostess's daughter and waking up the next day. She said she knew what had happened because her sister and the hostess told her about the incident.
A rape kit was completed at Mercy Hospital, police said.
