A. Restore the Watson Cabin as a historic interpretive center or park picnic shelter.
B. Integrate the Allegheny Observatory, a university facility, into the park.
C. Establish Snyder's Point as a rustic, woodland picnic area.
D. Develop an equestrian center with a private stable in the southern end of the park.
