A. Develop a hillside walk and water course from the infiltration plant to Lake Carnegie; restore the pool, pool house and Lake Carnegie.
B. Revitalize the reservoir promenade and bridge, including walkways, fountain and entry gardens.
C. Stabilize and restore the farmhouse.
D. Develop the Washington Boulevard recreation trail.
