Below is a comparison of the rubber-tire people mover at Pittsburgh International
Airport and the proposed magnetically levitated shuttle from the Civic Arena to Sixth
Avenue-Ross Street entrance of the Steel Plaza T Station. The two systems use different
technology, but there are similarities in distance and speed.
