A Coraopolis man has been arrested on child pornography charges, the Pennsylvania attorney general's office said today.

Agents said they traced online images of children participating in sexual acts to a computer used at the apartment belonging to Daniel Stewart, 29.

When agents searched the apartment, they found a laptop and other devices containing child pornography, according to a news release from the attorney general's office.

Mr. Stewart was arrested Thursday and faces charges of possessing and distributing child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility. Court records show Mr. Stewart was being held in the Allegheny County Jail today in lieu of $3,000 bail.
