Crews will be working on fixing a water main break that has left hundreds without service in Beaver County throughout the night and into Monday morning, a Beaver County emergency dispatch supervisor confirmed.

The Beaver County 911 center was notified at about 10:30 a.m. a water line owned by the Aliquippa Water Authority had burst, an emergency dispatch supervisor said. The water line is along Tyler Street in Aliquippa.

The supervisor said the break is having a widespread impact, affecting homes in parts of Aliquippa, Hopewell, Raccoon and Potter.
