A 35-year-old driver from Carnegie was killed in a one-vehicle crash this afternoon in Scott.

Christopher Johnson was behind the wheel when his car went into a creek in the 900 block of Hope Hollow Road, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office said. An Allegheny County emergency dispatcher supervisor said the crash happened just before 1 p.m.

Allegheny County homicide Lt. Andrew Schurman said Mr. Johnson was the sole occupant of the car and no other vehicles were involved.
